Reach & Impact

The comprehensive revamp of the Ruangkerja dashboard across Desktop and Mobile significantly optimized the B2B ecosystem, driving a 25% increase in active accounts and a 15% reduction in churn through enhanced data transparency. We achieved a 40% drop in support tickets, while task completion on desktop became 60% faster and mobile engagement grew by 35%. These successes were underscored by a dramatic rise in user sentiment, where the Net Promoter Score (NPS) jumped by 30 points and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) reached a high of 4.7/5.0, all validated by a System Usability Scale (SUS) score that rose from 64 → 82 (Grade A).

Lessons Learned

Leading the design strategy for Ruangkerja, Skill Academy, and Schoters reinforced the vital balance between high-density data and visual clarity, a principle I have consistently applied across complex SaaS environments. I learned that maintaining cross-platform continuity is essential for user trust, and that a robust design system similar to the one I initiated at BukuKas serves as the primary engine for scaling a diverse B2B ecosystem efficiently. Ultimately, this project proved that integrating Lean UX with tracked metrics like NPS and CSAT allows a design team to move beyond aesthetics, transforming a dashboard into a powerful, strategic asset for organizational growth.
