Brief
Deeptex is a B2B manufacturing solution focused on providing businesses with a direct, custom platform for apparel production. The objective was to build an intuitive self-service interface that allows corporate procurement managers to directly upload designs, set size distributions, and manage bulk quantities. By digitizing the traditional "back-and-forth" of custom manufacturing, we aimed to empower businesses to move from a concept to a production-ready order in minutes.

The Solution
Visual Design Configurator: Built a real-time tool that allows businesses to upload assets and place designs on high-fidelity garment templates, providing an instant preview of the final product.
Dynamic Bulk Size Matrix: Designed a streamlined input system where users can distribute quantities across various sizes (S–XXL) within a single, scannable view, eliminating the need for external documents.
Instant Quote Engine: Implemented a transparent pricing logic that updates in real-time based on material selection, design complexity, and volume, allowing for immediate budget approval.
Corporate Asset Hub: Created a centralized dashboard for businesses to store brand assets and track the real-time production status of multiple simultaneous projects.

Lessons Learned
Working on Deeptex taught me that B2B users value speed and precision above all else. I learned that "customization" in a manufacturing context can easily become overwhelming; the key is to use progressive disclosure to lead the user through a linear path starting with the garment, moving to the design, and ending with the logistics. By building a Dynamic Size Matrix, I realized that simplifying complex data entry is the most effective way to build long-term trust and habituation in a B2B SaaS environment.
