
Brief
I led the end-to-end redesign of their e-learning platform to help students manage complex academic subjects more effectively. I addressed the core problem of information overload, where students often felt overwhelmed by unstructured content, leading to lower course completion rates. My solution was to create a compact and highly scannable UI that prioritized clear learning paths and easy progress tracking. This project taught me how to balance high-density data with a clean visual hierarchy to keep learners focused and motivated throughout their academic journey.





Lessons Learned
Working on Kapdec taught me that optimizing for CRO in an academic context is about building immediate confidence; students are more likely to convert when they can see a clear, structured path to success at a glance. I also learned how to significantly streamline the design process by using AI to handle data-heavy layouts and automated component iterations. This allowed me to focus on the high-level strategy of reducing cognitive load, proving that a lean, AI-assisted workflow can deliver complex, high-performance designs much faster without sacrificing quality.
